Authorized to Serve
On January 24, 1974, the Central Bank of the Philippines authorized the establishment of Rural Bank of San Jose (C.S.) Inc., with its principal office in San Jose, Camarines Sur. Its Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws were duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
